Our standard check-in time starts from 15:00 hrs. If early check-in is required, additional charge will be applied as follow:

• Between 06.00-15.00 hrs. there will be a half-day charge.
• Before 06.00 hrs. there will be a full day charge.

For all “Deluxe” types:

One child (4-12 years) may share parents’ bed at no extra charge. Maximum of two children per room. An extra charge of 942 baht/day will be applied for the second child, which include an extra bed and breakfast.

For “Dara Suite, Dara Beachfront Suite, Dara Private Pool Suite, Junior Family Suite” types:

One child (4-12 years) may share parents’ bed at no extra charge. Maximum of two children per suite. An extra charge of 1,295 baht/day will be applied for the second child, which include an extra bed, breakfast, and Dara Club Benefits.

For “Duplex Suite” type:

Two children (4-12 years) may share parents’ beds at no extra charge. Maximum of three children per suite. An extra charge of 1,295 baht/child/day will be applied for each exceeding child, which include an extra bed, breakfast, and Dara Club Benefits.

For “Family Suite, Duplex Terrace Suite, Top Star Duplex Suite” types:
Two children (4-12 years) may share parents’ beds at no extra charge. Maximum of four children per suite. An extra charge of 1,295 baht/child/day will be applied for each exceeding child, which include an extra bed, breakfast, and Dara Club Benefits.

For “Top Star Private Pool Residence”

Five children (4-12 years) may share parents’ beds at no extra charge. Maximum of ten children per residence. An extra charge of 2,500 baht/child/day will be applied for each exceeding child, which include an extra bed, breakfast, and Dara Club Benefits.

Pets are not allowed in the property. A fine equal to a daily room rate will be applied at minimum for deep cleaning process. Additional charge may be applied depending on damages occurred.

Our guest rooms at Cape Dara Resort are smoking-free. A fine of 5,000 Baht will be charged for smoking inside the guest rooms. For guests wishing to smoke, please ask our staff for designated smoking areas.

Non-staying guests must complete an “Unregistered Visitor Disclaimer” form and deposit their ID card at Front Desk for security of guests. An additional cash deposit of THB 1,000 per visitor will be collected and can be returned in full amount only if visitors leave the property before 22:00 hrs.

• Food, fruits, and drinks that has strong smell are strictly prohibited at the resort. A fine of 2,000 Baht will be charged when found.
• Food, fruits, and drinks that has strong colour and could create a stain are strictly prohibited at the resort. A fine of equal to damaged object in Baht will be charged when found.

Advertisement photo shoot, filming or any forms of professional media productions without an approval or permission from the resort are not allowed. Please contact us if you wish to use our venue as a filming location.
