Room Voucher Conditions
- Valid for stays from Sunday to Friday only.
- Not valid on Saturdays, public holidays, long weekends, or special festival periods.
- Saturday surcharge: THB 800 net per room per night
- Long Holiday surcharge: THB 1,200 net per room per night
- Pattaya International Fireworks Festival (27–28 November 2026): surcharge applies
- Pattaya Bay View: THB 2,500 net per room per night
- Wongamat Bay View: THB 1,500 net per room per night
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance for weekday stays.
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance for holiday periods.
- Subject to room availability and confirmation by the resort.

- First child aged 4–12 years sharing existing bedding stays free (maximum 2 children per room)
- Additional adult with extra bed: THB 1,300 per night including breakfast
- Child with extra bed: THB 650 per night including breakfast
- Suite Collection Rooms
- First child aged 4–12 years sharing existing bedding stays free (maximum 2 children per room)
- Additional adult with extra bed: THB 1,800 per night including breakfast and Club Lounge privileges
- Child with extra bed: THB 900 per night including breakfast and Club Lounge privileges
Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or combined with other promotions.
- Additional beds requested upon arrival or after the initial reservation will be charged at the resort’s prevailing rates.
- Voucher benefits are valid only within the specified stay period.
- Unused vouchers after the expiry date will be considered forfeited.
- All benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
